Located on the north-east of Cunda Island, harbour is located next to a harbour used for small fishing boats. It is an intermittent tidal sandfalt covering 1,6 ha. Surrounded by Pistacia lentiscus and Pinus brutia, 1140 Mudflats and sandflats not covered by seawater at low tide, 1410 Mediterranean salt meadows (Juncetalia maritimi), 1410 Mediterranean salt meadows (Juncetalia maritimi) and 1310 Salicornia and other annuals colonizing mud and sand are the main habitat types in the wetland area. The wet meadows and P. brutia area was burnt at the time field survey was conducted.
